Bobby Cirello — Principal Owner. Founder of American Services Group (ASG, CONAM) and Global Services Group (GSG, OCONAM). Retired peacekeeping and law enforcement special operations and emergency services officer.

Andy Siivola — Senior Directorate, enterprise-wide advisory. Strategic leadership across all ASG/GSG unified command operations.

Robert Beard — Senior Directorate, enterprise-wide advisory. Operational continuity and executive oversight across the ASG command structure.

Kenny Fisher — Senior Directorate, Communications. Leads all ASG/GSG communications strategy, SOCOMM (Sovereign Communications) integration, and public-facing messaging operations.

Rocky Roper — Senior Directorate (Principal Special Assignment), IT & Banking. Oversees all ASG technology infrastructure, secure banking operations, and digital systems architecture.

Paul Bowman — Senior Directorate; Chief Medical Officer, Medical Command Division (MEDCOM). Directs all medical operations, tactical medicine protocols, and field medical training across the command.

Vinnie Mastropieri — Senior Directorate; Head of Aviation / AVCOM Command. Commands all aviation operations — rotary, fixed-wing, and uncrewed assets — and aerial support coordination for ASG/GSG missions.

Lisa Torres — Senior Directorate, ASG DHMER (Director of Health, Medical, Education & Research), Medical Command Division (MEDCOM). Leads the integrative and holistic wing of MEDCOM alongside Dr. Bowman's allopathic and tactical backbone:

  • Health — clinical governance of all non-allopathic protocols (Heilkunst, homeopathy, nutrition, wellness); chairs the ASG Integrative Wellness Council.

  • Medical — deputy clinical authority; coordinates dual-wing clinical standards (allopathic + integrative).

  • Education — college and university articulation pipeline; APEA Emergency Services & Tactical Medicine holistic-wellness track.

  • Research — ASG ethics-aligned framework (IRB equivalents, protocol review, cross-program data ethics, publication discipline); liaison to the ITAGS Applied Research Institute.
